Steps to study in Loyola 

 
At Universidad Loyola we welcome international and national exchange students within different exchange programmes, such as Erasmus+, bilateral exchange programmes, MAGIS Exchange or SICUE. Each year more than 500 exchange students from more than 30 countries join us for an unforgettable and life-changing experience. Are you planning your semester/year abroad at Loyola? Follow these steps:
  1. Research our university: Does Loyola offer your field of study? Does Loyola offer courses that suit your language skills and academic itinerary?
  2. Check the procedures and deadlines for applying to an exchange with your home university. Then apply for the exchange at your home university.
  3. Once you have been selected by your university, they will nominate you as en exchange student at Loyola.
  4. After revising you will receive an email with your acceptance letter, the assigned campus and the application instructions by Loyola's International Office to formalize your application to Loyola.
  5. Send your application (confirmation that you will indeed come to Loyola).
  6. Get informed about housing, student visa, and the academic offer. 
  7. Complete your course registration and enrollment at Loyola.
  8. Check your email regularly. We will be sending important information about your exchange!
  9. Arrive to Loyola for our Welcome Week and begin the best experience of your life!

Free Mover Students

Do you want to study a semester or a full academic year at Universidad Loyola but your university doesn't have a cooperation agreement with Loyola? Did you miss the internal deadlines of application for exchange programmes at your university? Then the Free Mover student mobility could be an option for you! 

- As a Free Mover student, you will need to pay the credit fees for the semester at our university.

- You will be able to follow classes from all our undergraduate degrees.

- At the end of the stay you will obtain a transcript of records with your achieved results and credits.
