Abstract The impact of an entrepreneurial potential training program on the development of business skills of 1,036 school-age students from 8 Spanish autonomous communities is evaluated and differences are analyzed based on sociodemographic variables. Non-parametric statistics are used with a control group and an experimental group. The results indicate the positive correlation between the attitudes shown by the students and the entrepreneurial skills they acquire without differences by gender, with the impact being greater in the experimental group. It is necessary to strengthen the acquisition of these skills that promote entrepreneurial identity and intention.
