Erid Eulogio Pacheco Viana nació en Coronel Oviedo, Paraguay. Se graduó como ingeniero electromecánico en la Universidad Católica “Nuestra Señora de la Asunción”, Paraguay, en 2019. Actualmente cursa un doctorado en Systems and Sustainable Engineering Universidad Loyola Andalucía. Es asistente de investigación en la Universidad Loyola Andalucía. Centra su trabajo en el desarrollo de controladores predictivos basados en datos a sistemas de riego.
