Abstract |
This paper questions what Levinas\'s work can contribute to a postsecular society like ours. To do so, we analyze the French thinker\'s understanding of religion. From there, his criticism of mythical thinking and theology is developed. In this work, we will see how our author understands transcendence as an << ethical event". This will allow us to observe the relevance of a rationality or intelligibility different from the ontological, as a contribution of the biblical tradition that can be translated into Greek. |
