Abstract | The goal is to reinforce the ability of education and training institutions to provide high quality, inclusive digital education. GENERAL OBJECTIVE: To develop an innovative way of interweaving digital and interpersonal skills-based education for Europe's low-skilled minority Adults educators and trainers. OBJECTIVES: 1. With the help of transnational strategic alliances, the aim is to help trainers, teachers, recruiters, counsellors and staff in the service of Adults to recognise the soft skills they must have in order to work effectively. An inventory of 15 soft competences will be made in each of the participating countries. 2. To have a tool for self-assessment and reflection on what skills or competences they have and what they need to develop in order to learn. 3. To broaden and make more flexible the learning, training and professional development of Adults teachers and trainers in so-called soft skills so that they can transmit them in training processes with low-qualified minority, raising their levels of education in this type of competence and obtaining better opportunities for access to the labour market. 4. To design and implement a model of training innovation in soft skills to facilitate access to the labour market through the exchange of experiences, convergence relations between Audio visual Narrative and other subjects, seeking its applicability through audio visual and hypermedia contents. |
