- Partner at Dentons Head of Development, Innovation Grants and Incentives Practice.
- Michał is known as an author of numerous comments and reports on state aid for companies. He has penned a number of publications on state aid, EU funding, administrative and court proceedings. He co-authored five books on state aid for entrepreneurs.
- He specializes in advising foreign direct investments (FDI) in Central Europe and existing operations in the Region in financing their cost and development strategies (processes, products, services) with use of non-commercial funding sources (national, EU and international grants and tax reliefs in Poland and Central Europe for investment, research and development (R&D), and innovations activities).
- He has lead a vast number of projects involving acquiring funds for development/investment projects and analysis of companies' structures and costs with focus on identifying and structuring R&D activities, developing and modeling R&D projects, strategies and processes. Michal advises companies on their innovative potential, R&D and intellectual property rights policies. He provides advisory and legal services in proceedings with public institutions related to the state aid and competition law, including state aid notification procedures at the European Commission and Court of Justice of EU proceedings.
